The idea
Made for the ninety minutes
Most slogan headbands are printed jersey — they stretch out by half time and the print cracks after three washes. This one is embroidered on heavyweight cotton twill, cut wide enough to actually hold sweat back, with ties long enough to knot properly.
Wear it on the pitch, at five-a-side, on the run, in the gym. It is built to be used, not framed.
How to tie it
Ten seconds, no mirror needed.
Position it
Sit the embroidered panel across the forehead, just above the brow.
Knot it
Cross the ties at the back, take one turn, and knot. Two turns if you want it tighter.
Play, wash, repeat
30° machine wash, dry flat. Back in the kit bag for Saturday.

Yes. It ties rather than stretches, so it holds at whatever tension you knot it at. Elastic bands go slack after a few wears; a knot does not.
One size, with ties long enough to knot at the back over any amount of hair. If it feels loose, take an extra turn before knotting.
Machine wash at 30° with like colours, reshape while damp and dry flat. Skip the tumble dryer — it is cotton and it will shrink.
